Heel and arch pain can be caused by injury, poor arch support, being overweight, or spending too much time standing on your feet or running. Sometimes there are clinical causes, such as fibromas (fibrous nodules in the arch of the foot), overuse, or abnormal foot function.
Whatever the cause, your life is too busy to clear your schedule and put your feet up for a few days. To make heel and arch pain a distant memory, talk to your podiatrist.
